Project description:
An educational software supplier required a management tool to track sales and manage its relationships with customers, service providers, suppliers and licenses and registrations.
The application was written in Microsoft Access™ and provides all the normal contact management software features. It also allows user configurable queries and complex analysis of sales activity and customer behaviour. The software links directly to Microsoft Word™ to make automated mailshots and communications effortless.
