Project description:

Development of a client maintained Content Management System (CMS) website for use by the Cornwall Enterprise team managing the 2006 Interceltic Watersports Festival. The CMS supported full workflow control for contributors, editors, managers and administrators. Content, menu navigation and information architecture can be managed and extended without additional programming.

Other features include:

• Full HTML/Text Newsletter management
• Communication of events and latest news information
• Registration forms for volunteers and exhibitors

The Interceltic Watersports Festival 2006 website meets the Government e-envoy guidelines and exceeds the W3C (World Wide Web Consortium) Level AA accessibility standards, making it eligible for RNIB See-It-Right accreditation.

The website was developed using open-source software to run on an Apache webserver.
